Community Involvement

Believing we are called to participate in God’s activity in this community and beyond, ministering and giving of ourselves, we support the work our members do in the community. 

A partial list of organizations our people freely give to and support includes the following:

• Chamber of Commerce
• Greater Beulaville Revitalization
• Habitat for Humanity
• Heifer International
• Hospice
• Meals on Wheels
• Prison Ministry in Kenansville
• Volunteer coaches

Many of our members serve on boards and hold elected office.

As a congregation, we provide volunteer tutors for Beulaville Elementary School, host a nutrition program for the elderly, support and host Presbyterian Early Enrichment Program (pre-school), support East Duplin Christian Outreach, assist Duplin County Department of Social Services with an annual Angel Tree project, and regularly receive an offering for combating hunger.

Through the Presbyterian Church (USA), we support world missions and contribute to disaster relief around the globe.
